What I process
When you email me, I process your message, name if you provide it, and your email address to reply and, if you become a client, to contract and deliver work. I may process basic technical data from your visit (see Cookies).
Purposes & legal bases (GDPR Art. 6)
- Contact & enquiries — legitimate interest in responding, or steps at your request prior to a contract.
- Contracts & invoicing — performance of a contract and legal obligations under my terms of service.
- Optional analytics — only with your consent via the cookie banner (you can withdraw by clearing site data or contacting me).
Retention
Emails and client materials are kept as long as needed for the relationship and applicable law (e.g. tax/archiving), then deleted or anonymised.
Processors
I use standard services to run the site and business (e.g. hosting, email). They only receive data on my instructions where needed.
Transfers
If any provider processes data outside the EEA, I rely on appropriate safeguards (such as EU standard contractual clauses) where required.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing where applicable, and withdraw consent for analytics. You may lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority. Contact me at the email above for requests.
